Kassim Academy (ZKA), formerly known as Olives Academy, started its
operation in November 2014. To date, ZKA has trained more than 1000
young people, inspiring them to succeed and improve their employability
in the hospitality, airline, coaches, train and retail industry.

A majority of ZKA trainers are
former airline and hospitality experts with extensive experience in
recruitment, training, development and operations. The founder has
extensive experience in diverse areas such as Operation Management,
Project Planning, Customer Interactions, Retail, F and B Management,
Sales and Marketing, Training Development, Airline and F & B Staff
Recruitment, with years of international exposure working in Kuala
Lumpur, Penang, London, Dubai and Jeddah.

The number of trainees
eventually grew, from a small group into a big one. Olives Academy was
then rebranded to present-day Zaiton Kassim Academy.
